Biography

Terry has been a Saugerties resident for 50 years.  Terry is married to the former JoAnne Kerbert and has two sons, Robert and Daniel, and two grandsons Ricky and Wesley.

Terry is employed in property management with Newburgh Mall Ventures, LLC, as General Manager.  Previously Terry was General Manager of Hudson Valley Mall, Kingston, NY, VP of Sales for MH&W International Corporation, Mahwah, NJ and as Product Marketing Manager for Ferroxcube/Philips Components in Saugerties.

Terry is a graduate of Oneonta High School and SUNY Delhi.

Terry has volunteered his time to many youth activities as well as taken an active role in guiding the educational and economic well-being of Ulster County.  He has served as a Trustee on the Saugerties Board of Education, President of the Ulster County School Boards Association, Board Chair of the Ulster County Regional Chamber of Commerce and currently serves on the Board for Wraparound Services of the Hudson Valley.

Village Government Tenure

Terry Parisian was appointed by Mayor William E. Murphy to his current position as Trustee on the Village Board on January 3, 2012. He was elected in 2014 and has served 5 consecutive terms.  His current term lasts until 2024.
